How long we may take to deliver the product?
We ensure to make the delivery process fast. All orders are shipped from our head office, once your payment is cleared. We work on all days excluding Sundays and other Holidays. Delivery is depended on the area you are living. But we manage to make it possible within 4-5 business days.
Is there any shipping charge?
Our firm provides you with standard rates for products and the shipping charges are primarily based on volume of the particular product and how many products you are ordering. To make delivery favourable for everyone we have mentioned shipping charges on every product page.
What should I do if the delivery gets delayed?
Delay could be possible when the ordered product is unavailable for immediate dispatch. Wherein the stocks are available in the Warehouse but the product is not packed and during transit from the Warehouse to the Head Office it may take some time. This could be a reason of delay in the dispatch of the ordered product. However we try to provide fast delivery.
Note: The company will not be responsible if the delivery delay is caused due to customer unavailability or the given address is not valid. We request our customers to provide the right and complete address to avoid delay issue. We give guarantee to deliver of the exact product that you have ordered.
What will I do if I have received a different order?
If you get delivery of the wrong product or the delivered product is damaged during shipment, please contact us in the specific time period via mail or customer care service. It will be replaced as soon as possible.
